This policy explains what information the Break-OUT NOW Experience (P.Sol) collects when you use the Mask-Off Audit or other pages on this site, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

When you take the audit and ask for your result, we collect:

• Your first name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to add it. The phone field is optional.
• Your audit answers, your score, and your result tier.

We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as device type and the pages you visit, through the tools described below.

How we use it

• To send you your audit result and a copy to keep.
• To email you related content, encouragement, and offers from the Break-OUT NOW Experience.
• To text you, only if you gave your phone number and agreed to it.
• To understand what is helpful so we can improve the audit and our content.

Email and text consent

By submitting the form you agree to receive emails from us. If you add your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone or text about the audit, the Workshop, and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop emails any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can stop texts any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work.

Tools and service providers we use

• Customer and email platform. We use a customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) to store your contact details and send email and text.
• Hosting. This site is hosted on Netlify.
• Advertising and analytics. We use the Meta Pixel from Facebook and Instagram to measure our ads and understand which pages lead to sign-ups. This may set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences inside your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to keep the site working and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some features may not work the same way if you do.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you are on our list or until you ask us to remove it. When you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we remove your personal details from our active records within a reasonable time.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and stop texts by replying STOP.

Children

This site and the audit are meant for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

A note on what this is and is not

The Break-OUT NOW Experience is faith-based coaching and personal growth. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for them. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
